Check the size chart carefully, as all our dresses are in Turkish sizes (TR) and Turkish sizes tend to run smaller than the sizes in the EU, UK and US.

We strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you not be satisfied for any reason, we offer the following return options:

1. Return Policy

We do not offer refunds. Items can be exchanged, including sale items, or you will receive a store credit valid for one year. 

• - Deadline: You have the right to return your order within 14 days  of receipt.
  
  -State of Product:The product must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all attached tags and packaging intact.
  
  - Exclusions:Items that have been altered, damaged, or specially customized cannot be returned.
  
  2. Exchanges or Voucher
  
  - Exchanges: Within the return period, you can exchange your product for another size or another item (if in stock).
  
  - Voucher: Instead of exchanging you can choose for a voucher worth the purchase amount. This voucher is valid for 1 year and can be used for future purchases.
  
  
  - Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
  
  
  3 Return procedure
  
  1. Send an email to info@bybeeyz.com your order number and the reason for return.
  
  2. After approval you will receive instructions for the return.
  
  3. Pack the items carefully and return them to the address provided.
  
  4. Once we have received and verified the items, we will process your exchange request, or credit.
  
  
  Returns must be processed within  14 days
