- Ausschlüsse: Veränderte, beschädigte oder speziell angepasste Artikel können nicht zurückgegeben werden.
2. Umtausch oder Gutschein
- Umtausch: Innerhalb der Rückgabefrist können Sie Ihr Produkt gegen eine andere Größe oder einen anderen Artikel (sofern vorrätig) umtauschen.
- Gutschein: Statt des Umtauschs können Sie sich für einen Gutschein im Wert des Einkaufsbetrages entscheiden. Dieser Gutschein ist 1 Jahr gültig und kann für zukünftige Einkäufe verwendet werden.
- Die Versandkosten für Rücksendungen gehen zu Ihren Lasten.
3 Rückgabeverfahren
1. Senden Sie eine E-Mail an (Geschäfts-E-Mail) unter Angabe Ihrer Bestellnummer und des Rücksendegrundes.
2. Nach der Freigabe erhalten Sie Anweisungen zur Rücksendung.
3. Verpacken Sie die Artikel sorgfältig und senden Sie sie an die angegebene Adresse zurück.
4. Sobald wir die Artikel erhalten und überprüft haben, bearbeiten wir Ihren Umtauschantrag oder Ihre Gutschrift.
Rücksendungen müssen innerhalb von 7 Werktagen bearbeitet werden
