Terms and Conditions – ByBeeyz
ByBeeyz is based in Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands, and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under the name 73975974. ByBeeyz specializes in selling exclusive evening dresses and also offers a selection of children’s clothing.
Article 1 – Applicability of the Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and transactions made via the ByBeeyz webshop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
ByBeeyz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to previously placed orders.
Article 2 – Exchange and Returns
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds. Items, including discounted items, can be exchanged or converted into store credit equal to the value of the product, which is valid for one year.
1. Products can only be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Customers may exchange a product for another product or receive a store credit valid for one year.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Worn or damaged dresses/clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.
An exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via info@bybeeyz.com.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. If these conditions are not met, the exchange may be refused.
Exchanges are not possible after 7 days.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are entirely at the customer’s expense.
Article 3 – Products & Quality
ByBeeyz offers luxury evening dresses and children’s clothing of high quality.
ByBeeyz strives to provide accurate product information, but errors and price changes are subject to correction.
Article 4 – Prices & Payment
All prices on the website are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made using the available payment methods, including Klarna, iDEAL, PayPal, and credit card.
ByBeeyz reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, without affecting already placed orders.
Article 5 – Orders & Delivery
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
ByBeeyz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping services or other external factors.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a track & trace code to monitor the delivery status.
Article 6 – Warranty & Liability
ByBeeyz guarantees that all products meet normal quality standards and expectations.
Damage caused by misuse, careless handling, or external factors (such as wear and tear, washing issues, or modifications) is not covered under warranty.
Article 7 – Changes to the Terms and Conditions
ByBeeyz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on the website and will apply immediately to new orders.
Article 8 – Force Majeure
In the case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier delays, transport issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, ByBeeyz is not obligated to deliver the order on time.
In such cases, ByBeeyz will inform the customer as soon as possible and, if necessary, provide an alternative solution.
Article 9 – Privacy
1. ByBeeyz respects customer privacy and handles personal data with care. These data are used solely for processing orders and providing information.
