ByBeeyz is located in Zwijndrecht, Netherlands, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 72639504. ByBeeyz specializes in the sale of exclusive evening dresses

Article 1 Applicability

1. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases, orders, and transactions through the ByBeeyz webshop.
2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. ByBeeyz reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

Article 2 Offer and Availability

1. All evening dresses and products available on the website can be ordered directly while stocks last.
2. ByBeeyz does not set aside or reserve any items in advance.
3. A product is only reserved once the order has been fully completed and paid for.

Article 3 Products and Quality

1. ByBeeyz provides high-quality luxury eveningwear. We strive to present all products on the website as accurately as possible.
2. ByBeeyz reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, obvious mistakes, or price changes on the website.

Article 4 Prices and Payment

1. All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Currency settings can be adjusted via the website.
2. Payments can be made using the available payment methods on the website, including Klarna, iDEAL, PayPal, and credit card.
3. ByBeeyz reserves the right to change prices at any time without affecting orders that have already been placed and paid for.

Article 5 Delivery and Shipping

1. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
2. Shipping costs are fully covered by the customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
3. Following dispatch, the customer will receive a Track & Trace code to monitor the delivery status.
4. ByBeeyz is not liable for shipping delays caused by postal/courier services or other external factors.

Article 6 Right of Withdrawal, Return Conditions, and Refunds

• Cooling-Off Period: You can return your online order within 14 days of receipt.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return & shipping costs are fully covered by the customer. ByBeeyz does not provide prepaid return labels.
• Options & Regions:
• EU Customers: You can choose between a monetary refund or a store voucher.
• Non-EU Customers (e.g., UK, US, Canada, Australia, Israel): Returns are refunded exclusively as a store voucher. No monetary refunds are provided.
• Return Conditions (Important):
• Worn, used, or damaged clothing will not be accepted for return.
• Items with removed tags, labels, or security seals will not be accepted.
• If you return a worn item or an item missing its original tags, the return will be rejected. The item will only be shipped back to you after you pay the additional shipping fees.
• How to Register: Submit your return via the 'Return Request' page on our website or email us at info@bybeeyz.com. If you prefer a voucher, please specify this in your email.
• Processing Times:
• Store Voucher: Issued within 3 business days after we receive and approve the item.
• Monetary Refund: Processed within 8 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Other Important Terms:
• Issued vouchers can never be converted into cash.
• Items purchased, fitted, or collected in our showroom cannot be returned or refunded.
• Received a damaged item? Report it with photos within 48 hours via info@bybeeyz.com

1. Rejected Returns: If a returned item fails to meet our return conditions (e.g., item is worn or missing tags), the return will not be processed. The item remains the property of the customer and will only be shipped back once the customer pays the required re-shipping costs.
2. Vouchers: Issued store vouchers are non-transferable and can under no circumstances be converted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or a bank refund.

Article 7 Deliveries and Customs Outside the European Union

1. For shipments delivered outside the European Union, additional fees such as import duties, taxes, and customs handling charges may be imposed by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ByBeeyz is not liable for these costs.
2. If a package sent outside the EU is returned to us because the customer refused delivery or failed to pay required customs fees, any return or customs fees charged to ByBeeyz will be deducted from the store voucher value.
3. ByBeeyz is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by the customer's failure to pay import fees on time.

Article 8 Showroom Purchases

1. For items purchased, fitted, and/or collected directly at the showroom, no refunds and no exchanges are permitted.
2. Customers have the opportunity to inspect and fit products beforehand in the showroom. The statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to showroom sales.

Article 9 Warranty, Defects, and Liability

1. ByBeeyz guarantees that products meet standard quality expectations.
2. Mandatory Defect Reporting (within 48 hours): Any damages, defects, or missing items must be reported via email (info@bybeeyz.com) within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photo evidence of the damage. ByBeeyz cannot accept damage reports submitted after this 48-hour window has expired.
3. Damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, incorrect washing/cleaning, or worn items is excluded from warranty. ByBeeyz holds no liability for damage occurring to items that have already been worn.
4. If you return a product after the 14-day return period, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

Article 10 Force Majeure

1. In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier delays, or shipping disruptions), ByBeeyz is not liable for delayed or unfulfilled deliveries.
2. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such circumstances, and suitable alternative options will be offered where feasible.

Article 11 Privacy

1. ByBeeyz respects customer privacy and processes personal data strictly to fulfill orders and provide services in compliance with applicable privacy regulations (GDPR).

Article 12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

1. All legal relationships involving ByBeeyz are exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands
