Article 1: Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through the website of ByBeeyz.

2. By placing an order, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Exchanges and returns

1. Exchanging products is only possible within 7 days after receipt of the order.

2. The customer has the possibility to exchange a product for another product or a credit note worth the purchase amount, valid for one year.

3. Return costs are at the expense of the customer.

4. Dresses that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.

Article 3: Delivery time

1. 1. The delivery time of the products depends on the country to which the order is shipped.

2. The customer can not claim a right to rescission or compensation for delay, unless the delivery has not taken place within 14 days when shipping to countries within the EU.

Article 4: Payment

1. Payment is made via the payment methods available on the website.

2. All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of shipping costs.

Article 5: Liability

1. ByBeeyz is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the delivered products, unless such damage is the result of intent or gross negligence of ByBeeyz.

2. The liability is limited to the amount the client has paid for the product.

Article 6: Complaints

1. Complaints about delivered products must be submitted in writing to ByBeeyz within 4 working days after receipt.

2. ByBeeyz will handle the complaint within 7 working days after receipt and propose a solution.

Article 7: Privacy

1. ByBeeyz respects the privacy of clients and handles personal data with care. These data will only be used for processing orders and providing information.
