Check the size chart carefully, as all our dresses are in Turkish sizes (TR) and Turkish sizes tend to run smaller than the sizes in the EU, UK and US.

Returns & Refunds 

• Cooling-Off Period: You can return your online order within 14 days of receipt.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return & shipping costs are fully covered by the customer. ByBeeyz does not provide prepaid return labels.
• Options & Regions:
• EU Customers: You can choose between a monetary refund or a store voucher.
• Non-EU Customers (e.g., UK, US, Canada, Australia, Israel): Returns are refunded exclusively as a store voucher. No monetary refunds are provided.
• Return Conditions (Important):
• Worn, used, or damaged clothing will not be accepted for return.
• Items with removed tags, labels, or security seals will not be accepted.
• If you return a worn item or an item missing its original tags, the return will be rejected. The item will only be shipped back to you after you pay the additional shipping fees.

• If you return a product after the 14-day return period, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

• How to Register: Submit your return via the 'Return Request' page on our website or email us at info@bybeeyz.com. If you prefer a voucher, please specify this in your email.
• Processing Times:
• Store Voucher: Issued within 3 business days after we receive and approve the item.
• Monetary Refund: Processed within 8 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Other Important Terms:
• Issued vouchers can never be converted into cash.
• Items purchased, fitted, or collected in our showroom cannot be returned or refunded.
• Received a damaged item? Report it with photos within 48 hours via info@bybeeyz.com.

Article 6 Right of Withdrawal, Return Conditions, and Refunds 

1. Cooling-off Period (EU): Customers located within the European Union have the right to return an online order within 14 days of receipt for either a monetary refund or a store voucher.
2. Non-EU Customers: For returns sent from countries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and Israel), no monetary refunds will be issued. The customer will exclusively receive a store voucher equal to the purchase amount.
3. Strict Return Conditions:
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Items from which original tags, brand labels, or security seals have been removed will not be accepted.
• Worn or used clothing will be rejected immediately.
4. Rejected Returns: If a returned item fails to meet our return conditions (e.g., item is worn or missing tags), the return will not be processed. The item remains the property of the customer and will only be shipped back once the customer pays the required re-shipping costs.
5. Vouchers: Issued store vouchers are non-transferable and can under no circumstances be converted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or a bank refund.
6. Procedure & Return Shipping Costs: Returns must be registered using the online return form or via info@bybeeyz.com. All shipping costs for returning the product are strictly for the account of the customer. ByBeeyz does not provide prepaid return labels.
7. Processing Time: Upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned shipment by ByBeeyz, the following processing times apply:
• Store Voucher: Issued within 3 business days of receipt.
• Monetary Refund: Processed within 8 to 10 business days.
